Introduction
Welcome to the CapCognition documentation.
This site is the technical guide for integrating the CapCognition SDKs into your applications. It is written for software engineers and focuses on practical integration: how the SDKs are structured, where the stable entry points are, and how to navigate the public APIs.
CapCognition is available as two SDKs:
- CapCognition .NET SDK (
CapCognition.Net.*) - CapCognition .NET MAUI SDK (
CapCognition.Maui.*)
MAUI supports Android and iOS only. For Windows, Linux, or Raspberry Pi, use the .NET LTS SDK. See platform and framework requirements. This manual applies to SDK 2.2.x.
How this documentation is structured
The documentation is organized into three parts. This mirrors how you typically work with CapCognition in real projects:
General (applies to both SDKs)
Concepts, terminology, and workflows that are shared across platforms.
MAUI-specific
Mobile-platform specific guidance (architecture, data flow, and how CapCognition integrates into a MAUI app lifecycle).
.NET-specific
Desktop/server .NET guidance (architecture, data flow, and platform-specific data sources).
If you are new to the project, start with the Getting Started guides:
